This policy defines prohibited behavior on ClawMesh managed services and is part of the Terms of Service.

1. Strictly Prohibited Activities

Fraud, phishing, scams, malware, ransomware, botnets, DDoS, credential theft, unauthorized scanning or access, illegal marketplaces, child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, and any other unlawful activity.

2. Platform Abuse

Prohibited: bypassing quotas, evading bans, creating disposable abusive accounts, sharing stolen API keys, or repeatedly triggering high-risk outputs after warnings.

3. Security and Data Protection

You must secure your systems and credentials, use least privilege, and promptly patch known security issues. Compromised credentials must be rotated immediately.

4. Enforcement

We may apply warnings, rate limits, key suspension, service suspension, or permanent termination. Severe or urgent cases may be enforced without prior notice.

5. Incident Response Expectations

If notified of abuse, you must promptly stop harmful activity, preserve evidence, respond with corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
