These Terms govern access to and use of ClawMesh managed services. By using the platform, you agree to comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, API keys, bots, and integrations. You must protect credentials and immediately rotate any compromised key.

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use the service for illegal conduct, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, or any activity that violates our AUP.

3. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Suspension

We may investigate abuse signals, apply rate limits, suspend API keys, disable workloads, or terminate service when policy violations or legal risks are detected.

4. Reporting and Cooperation

We may preserve logs and cooperate with cloud providers, security teams, and lawful requests when abuse or legal violations are involved.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation

Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You are solely responsible for your content, prompts, tools, and operational decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
